Next training walk

It's been a while since our last correspondence, so I thought it would be a good idea to issue a little memory jog about plans for this month's "training" walk.

At the last count, there were just 3 of us confirmed for Sunday 26th August - me, John and Ian. Dave, Ken and Andy are not available then, but not sure about Colin or Gordon - or even Malcolm or Dan?

I'm particularly keen to do something that day as I've missed all this year's walks so far and I need to try out my knees prior to next month's trip to the Lake District. I have now been fitted with new orthotic wedges in an effort to take some of the pain of walking out of my knees, and I really need to try them out before I even think of travelling to the Lake District.
