From http://bvhill-walkers.blogspot.com/ Just a quick message from Ken for Colin and Dave (and any others interested) re this Sunday's planned walk: "I was thinking about a circular route over Kerloch. Needs 2 cars but just a short drive between start and finish. I’ll dig out the map and scan the route". Have fun - and don't forget the photos!
Next walk - Sunday 1st August
From http://bvhill-walkers.blogspot.com/ I think I'm now going to have to pass my apologies for the planned walk a week on Sunday. I saw my cardiologist on Monday and he has arranged for me to have an Angiogram on Friday 30th July. He has warned me there will be some bruising and some pain for a few days afterwards, so, if he's right, I won't be fit enough to go walking on the Sunday. I do hope Ken, Dave and Colin will still manage to go ahead with the walk - and, you never know, there's an outside chance I might still make it. Let us know what the plans are, Ken.

From http://bvhill-walkers.blogspot.com/ All the votes are in from the Banchory jury and it appears that the most popular dates for the next walks are: Sunday 1st August - Ken to plan suitable local walk of approx 12 miles Sunday 29th August - Lochnagar For the former walk, I think there are 4 of us available - Ken, Dave, Colin and I. For Lochnagar, there could be 5 of us - Ian, John, Jack, Ken and I. Please advise asap if I've got any of this wrong - and, of course, any others - Dan, Gordon? - are very welcome to join us.
